IP Basic Services – JV Project
Penson and Company, Inc. is in the process of closing a Joint-Venture Agreement (JVA) with the Office of the Presidential Arm for Indigenous Concerns. The joint venture will primarily be tasked to address the evaluation of potentials of IP communities and ancestral domains, thus, unlocking agriculture, agro-forestry, tourism, and other commercial opportunities and to identify actions needed to deliver basic services such as water, power and housing.
The infrastructure development portion will incorporate development of roads and service utilities, water sources, Tribal Halls & health centers, and rural electrification via mini hydroelectric facilities while preserving the pristine natural environment of the ancestral domains.

Meeting with IP Tribal Leader in Boston, Davao Oriental to kick-off Abaca Manila (Manila Hemp Project)
PCI’s Ancestral Domain Management, Inc. has entered into an agreement with the Indigenous People Community in Boston, Davao Oriental for Abaca and Cassava production covering an area of 5000 hectares, and it is in the process of putting up a 10-hectare model farm to introduce new farming methods to the Indigenous People.
